The day started off with Norma at the Mecure Hotel in Bristol. It was a lovely quiet morning and completely stress free. It was just Norma and her MUA and us. Then it was time to head over to the Bristol Registry Office for a small and intimate wedding. Ceremony completed we headed to Princess Square where we did a few signature photographs – Norma and Sean even managed to have a little game of frisbee with a few locals. Back to the Mecure Holland House where NOrmas friends had decorated onw of the main rooms and it looked absolutely stunning, topped off with an impressive cake made by another of Normas friends. The day went smoothly and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Please click here for the photos.

I absolutely loved photographing this family. From the moment we met up in the car park and Isabel and Poppy gave me a huge hug I knew this was going to be a fun shoot. The girls just loved having their photos taken. Mum and Dad didn’t have much chance to have many photos of just them together though. I think Al was just glad to get a sneaky coffee in and 5 mins rest while the kids played in the park. No such rest for mum though as little Matilda just wanted help bounce from one stepping stone to the other. I cannot wait to photograph the beautiful Emily and Als wedding later in the year. If the engagement/family shoot was anything to go by, we are going to have so much fun. (There may even be some interesting worldly conversations) Click here for all the photos.
Zoe and John were married on 4th February 2017 at the amazingly beautiful Clevedon Hall in Clevedon, Somerset. They chose one of the best days weather wise to have their wedding. After a few days of attrocious weather it looked as though their special day was going to be a wet day. However, it wasn’t to be. The sun shone on the beautiful bride and her new husband all day. Such a happy couple and it shows in all the photos. Congratulations to them both and we wish them all the very best for a long and happy future together. Click here for all the photos. So Dani and her son came to the studio for a little family photoshoot. I have never met someone with as much energy as this little chap, or know anyone to laugh at their own jokes so much. I had such a great time photographing Matthew and his Mum Dani. Click here for all the photos.
It absolutely poured down with rain the whole day for Giovanna and Marks wedding in Clevedon. However, that didn’t stop this lovely couple from having such an amazing day. The biggest smiles could be seen on Giovanna and Marks faces all day. The wedding took place at the beautiful Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Clevedon then on to the stunning Clevedon Hall for their reception, travelling in style in a horse and carriage. So as Christmas is over it’s back to shooting beautiful brides and grooms to be. This time is was the lovely Harriet and Dave. After a few cancelations due to very bad weather we finally managed to meet up for their engagement shoot and what a beautiful day it was. Crisp, clear skies and slight frost on the ground, a proper winters morning. Just stunning. We photographed in Harriets stunning home town of Milverton. I cannot wait to photograph their wedding next year. Click here for all the photos from the engagement shoot.
What a great hour and half with this lovely family. So many laughs and were all willing to try everything I was suggesting including a big pile on (although the older ones had to show the younger ones how to do a “proper” pile on! Click here for the photos.
